Please note - WE DO NOT SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.

The majority of our smaller parcel deliveries are handled by Courier or The Royal Mail. Where fragile or large bulky items are being delivered we may arrange delivery by a dedicated delivery vehicle to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged.

Please take your time and inspect the goods before signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event that you do find any damage or shortage, please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged.

Please do not use your product if it is damaged, as once it is used you have agreed to it being in good condition.

If you have any issues regarding delivery either before or after placing your order please feel free to contact our sales team by email on CustomerCare@MyDigitalPhotoPictureFrames.com. Please have your unique customer reference number available when contacting us, it makes locating your details that much easier and faster for you. Sometimes even having to recall goods from our carriers back to our warehouse, in order to re-package and re-send them. Changing delivery addresses will in some circumstances be chargeable at £5.00 + VAT to cover administration costs.

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late or delayed deliveries.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

How do I get photographs on to a memory card?
There are a number of ways to get photographs on to a memory card. SD memory cards are the most common types of card used today and they are widely used in camera's, computers, mobile phones and of course Digital Photo Frames.

If you have a camera or mobile phone, you may find that the memory card you have fits directly in the Digital Photo Frame (each Digital Photo Frame we sell has a list of compatible cards in it's description - see individual Digital Photo Frame specifications for further details).

If it does then you simply take your memory card out of your phone or camera and insert it directly into the Digital Photo Frame.

If you don't have a compatible card in your phone or camera, it's still easy to transfer your photo's. First you need to download your photo's to your computer (which you would probably do anyway). You then transfer your photo's from the computer to a memory card that fits the digital photo frame.

Some computers already have slots for memory cards but if not then you will need a multi-card reader. A multi-card reader has a variety of slots that are compatible with a wide range of memory cards. The multi-card reader simply plugs into your computer and you can easily transfer your photographs to your Digital Photo Frame compatible memory card via the multi-card reader. Once you've transferred them you can insert the memory card in the same way as before. It really is that easy.

All the Digital Photo Frames are compatible with SD cards so you are sure that whatever memory card you buy from us will work with all of our Digital Photo Frames.

How many photos can a memory card hold?
This really depends on how big (in memory terms) each photo is and how big the memory card is but below is a simple guideline to help.

What do I do about my printed photographs - can I watch them on a Digital Photo Frame?
Showing your printed photo's on a Digital Photo Frame is actually very easy. If you own a scanner (and many printers now have scanning capability), scanning your photo's and saving them on your computer means you can load them directly on to a memory card. Again if your computer doesn't have a suitably sized slot, then a multi-card reader can transfer files to a compatible memory card.

About Digital Photo Frames
Digital Photo Frames (or Digital Picture Frames) are the fastest growing electronic products in the market. Perfect for the home or the office, and the ideal gift, they are an excellent way to show all of your photographs and pictures - some Digital Photo Frames can even play video and play music. All you need to do is insert a memory card which holds your pictures, plug the Digital Photo Frame into a power socket and you are ready to view all of your pictures all of the time.

What is a Digital Photo Frame?
A Digital Photo Frame at its simplest level is an electronic version of the framed photographs you have in your home or office. The difference is that whereas the framed photographs in your home can only show one photograph at a time, a Digital Photo Frame can show ALL of your photographs - and it can do this without you having to print out anything. A Digital Photo Frame acts just like an automatic slideshow plus you can choose how often the photo changes. Not only that but some frames can also play music and play videos so you can watch a slideshow of photo's whilst listening to your favourite music or watch a video clip you have taken with your phone or camera.

How does a Digital Photo Frame work?
At the heart of a Digital Photo Frame is an LCD screen. An LCD screen is exactly the same as you have on your TV or computer screen and because it is backlit, your can watch your photo’s even when the room lights are off.

Each Digital Photo Frame has a number of slots in which you insert a variety of memory cards. Stored on your memory cards are your photographs, music and video files that you have either downloaded from your computer or come direct from your mobile phone or camera. Once you insert the memory card, the Digital Photo Frames is ready to go – it’s as simple as that.

What can a Digital Photo Frame do?
Of course all Digital Photo Frames are designed to show a slideshow but there are many more features to enhance your experience:

Play music in various file formats such as MP3
Watch video and films played direct off your memory card in various file formats such as MPEG1, 2 and 4
Connect the Digital Photo Frame to a TV or computer monitor so you can use your memory card to play on other devices
Read eBooks
Use as a clock with a calendar and alarm functions
And more!
Please check each Digital Frame as the features do vary between models so it is important you get the right Digital Photo Frame for you.

What else can a Digital Photo Frame do?
Besides showing your photo's, many Digital Photo Frames can play video and play music. You can download music and video files on to a Digital Photo Frame the same way as do photo's and pictures.

Some Digital Photo Frames have the ability to show photo's on other screens such as your TV or monitor (you will need to check the connectors to check compatibility).

There is a lot of choice - where do you start!
We can provide everything you need to get up and running.

First you need to select your frame. There are a range of prices so first set your budget. Once you know how much you want to spend and how you will use one, it is really down to which one you like the look of.

Now you've selected the frame, you need to decide whether you need a memory card. Have a look at your memory cards you have already (check your camera & phone for example). Next check what type of memory cards your Digital Photo Frame takes. If they match then you can simply plug & play without a computer. If not, decide what size memory card you want and you can purchase them here. If your computer doesn't have a suitable slot for the memory card, then you will need a multi-card reader. Remember, only buy what you need so it's worth checking before you purchase.

Remember, Digital Photo Frames look great everywhere - your house, office, for displays. They make perfect gift - what about giving a grand-parent a Digital Photo Frame with a memory card full of photo's of the family.

Where can I use a Digital Photo Frame
Anywhere where you can plug one in to a power socket! That's what's so perfect about Digital Photo Frames - you can have them in virtually every room.

Why not have one in your office with pictures of the family or use them for your business to show photo's of your items in reception or as demonstration tools in your showroom. They look great anywhere and you can even mount them on the wall.

The list of possibilities for them is as endless as your imagination.
